Publishing and the H.W. Wilson Company Make Joint Announcement of Merger
Agreement
As a result of this development, H.W. Wilson databases are in the process
of being transitioned to the EBSCOhost platform. Content transition
should be complete by the end of 2011. EBSCO Publishing will now be handling
price quotes and product discounts. We anticipate that EBSCO will
continue to work with us to provide discounts to Nebraska libraries, but
whether or not the terms and promotions outlined below will continue to be
offered in their current format is not known.
