Registration Still Open for

Database Roadshow

There is still time to register for a free day of training on the statewide databases that the Nebraska Library Commission provides free of charge through Nebraska libraries. The Database Roadshow provides training on using the NebraskAccess databases and hints on how to promote the resources to your customers. The Roadshow is presented in segments, with each focusing on a particular database. During each segment the presenters discuss and demonstrate a database, and the class has hands-on time to practice what they learned.

All sessions run from 9:00 a.m.—3:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. There is no cost to attend the Database Roadshow. CE Credits = 5 hours. See the Library Commission Web site, nlc.nebraska.gov/nebraskaccess/toolbox/roadshow.html, for the Roadshow schedule and to register.

Detailed instructions on how to fill out and submit the form are provided. For more information or assistance using the Web form contact Nebraska Library Commission Network Services staff, 402-471-2045, 800-307-2665, e-mail: NebraskAccess.
