Talking Book and Braille Service

Volunteer Opportunities

Each month Talking Book and Braille Service volunteers make generous contributions of time, talent, and energy. These contributions are invaluable in accomplishing our mission to provide reading materials to Nebraskans who cannot use regular print.

You, too, can be a part of this effort. Contact Annette Hall, Volunteer Services Coordinator, call 402-471-4033 or 800-742-7691 or e-mail Annette Hall.

9/2/15 New Volunteer Opportunity: Volunteer Narrator
Narration brings the world of print to life for people with print disabilities. Volunteer narrators use their skills to deliver printed texts with warmth and clarity. Recordings take place in our audio studios at 1200 N Street. Narrators are selected through an audition process.
