  • Two-Year Colleges - 75% of Full-time Equivalent (FTE) enrollment for the last Fall period.
      
  • K-12 Schools -100% of the number of enrolled students
     
  • Public Library - 7% of the total population served
      
  • Business/Government -100% of employees with network access
