Pricing is based on the following FTE/population served percentages.

Four-Year Colleges and Universities 100% of the Full-Time Equivalent enrollment (FTE) of undergraduate and graduate students for the last Fall period.
Two-Year Colleges 75% of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) enrollment for the last Fall period.
K-12 Schools (grades K-12) 100% of the number of enrolled students
Public Libraries 7% of the total population served.
Business and Government Agencies 100% of employees with network access.
