individual shipment. Ingram does not currently assess any additional fees for
shipping. However, given the unpredictable impact of rising oil prices, Ingram
reserves the right to assess a fuel surcharge with notice. (Note: On May 2, 2022
Ingram provided notice that they will begin to asses a fuel service charge
beginning June 1, 2022. See below for details.)

At the end of the backorder period, all books that have come into stock will ship, and any remaining titles will automatically cancel.
*** Fuel Service Charge Update: Due to rising costs, on
June 1, 2022 Ingram will be adding a fuel surcharge (FSC) of $2.50 to each
order, regardless of size. If desired, Ingram will set up shipping schedules
to reduce the small shipments if that is something you would like to do. If
you have any questions regarding these changes, please contact your Ingram
sales representatives
Brette Dorris or
Gayle Norman.

Ingram reserves the right to assess a late charge on all past due invoices.
