SIRS Order Form for Nebraska Libraries

Order Deadline: Orders must be received by June 15 for access to start on July 1, 2013.  Mid-term subscriptions will be accepted but will not be prorated. All subscriptions will end on June 30, 2014. You must submit the order form to the Nebraska Library Commission on or before the 15th of the month preceding the requested start date, or the start date will be delayed until the first day of the following month.

Subscription Term: July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.
