NCompass Live: Beyond the CMS: From Darienlibrary.tv to SOPAC3, new technologies at work - Recorded Online Session

Description

Much has changed in the world of web design and development in the last 8 years. This session will focus on some of the many new web tools and frameworks that have emerged as de-facto standards among web professionals. Darien Library has embraced a number of these new technologies and is using them to design a suite of applications which will serve as the pillars of the patron digital experience. John Blyberg, Assistant Director for Innovation and UX at Darien Library (Darien, CT), will explain what those technologies are and show example of what they have done with them.
