NCompass Live: Nonprofit Basics for Libraries - Recorded Online Session 

Description

Here is your chance to ask questions of an attorney who is knowledgeable of libraries and the state statutes that govern libraries. Trev Peterson, from Knudsen, Berkheimer, Richardson & Endacott, LLP, will be joining us to cover a variety of topics, such as: collecting sales tax, statutes related to fundraising, interlocal agreements, tax levies, 501(c)3 status, and more. If you have specific questions you would like answered, please send them to us ahead of time so that we may research them.
