Dollars for Data 2014
Thirty-five unaccredited public libraries qualified for 2014
"Dollars for Data" payments by completing the annual Public Libraries Statistical
Report using
Bibliostat™ Collect. The Library Commission instituted the
payments seven years ago to encourage unaccredited libraries to take an additional
step toward achieving accredited status by reporting the data online. Libraries that participate in completing the survey
give the Library Commission
and the
Institute of Museum & Library Services a truer picture of library
service in the state.
