Back on Track With Little Free Literacy

In Nebraska, over $16,000 per pupil is spent each year to educate our kids (an increase of over 39% since 2015). Yet, many of these kids aren't proficient readers. Let's acknowledge the problem, and work together to get these kids back on track.
