State Advisory Council on Libraries Challenge Statement
The State Advisory Council on Libraries challenges Nebraska
libraries to link every citizen of the state with information
technologies by becoming a catalyst for community planning and
aggressively obtaining funding. Libraries are challenged to
partner to accomplish the goal of information access. Librarians
are challenged to increase their knowledge and ability to use
information technologies to serve their communities.
