Public Library Boards
The Nebraska Library Commission's Library Development team provides resources and support services for the Boards of Nebraska public libraries.
Public library boards are vital links between the community and the public library that serves the community. As such, these boards should have ready access to as many tools as they need to fulfill this role. The links below pull together resources that will be helpful to your board's activities. This single-purpose web site address for public library board members (as well as for library Friends) offers a "one-stop shop" that board members (also known as trustees) can turn to, a handy place to go for information, help, and advice.
